To subscribe to any of our subscriptions you are required to enter personal information. All of this information is subject to the Privacy Act.
Registration: You are required to create an account to purchase from our site.
Subscribing: By subscribing you agree to pay your subscription fee for the goods that are delivered for the term agreed by both parties.
Subscription Renewal: By signing up for Honoring the Doula subscription you understand and agree you will be charged at the standard rate. The company does not accept any reasonability or offer refunds for ‘auto renewals’ proceeding if you have failed to cancel your subscription before your next renewal date. Your subscription is continuous until you cancel.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription by logging into your account on the Honoring the Doula website at any time. This does not initiate any kind of refund if you fail to cancel before the renewal date.
Honoring the Doula is a subscription service, by signing up you agree it is your responsibility to cancel your own subscription by logging into your account profile. The Company does not accept responsibility to cancel your account on your behalf. It is up to the customer alone to cancel the subscription. Cancellations must be completed before the next renewal date. Your subscription will renew on the first of the month. If you sign up on the 5th of February, your membership will automatically renew on March 1.
You must cancel your subscription 24 hours before the renewal date. IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL PRIOR TO THE RENEWAL DATE OF A CALENDAR MONTH, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THAT MONTH’S SERVICE AND YOU WILL RECEIVE An Honoring the Doula box. All cancellation requests received after the renewal date of a calendar month will apply to the following calendar month.
Billing & Payments: You will automatically be charged each month for your ongoing subscription.
Prepaid credit/debit cards are not accepted. For your convenience and continuous subscription benefits as a member, if your payment method reaches its expiration date, you do not edit your credit card information and you have an ongoing subscription, you authorize us to continue billing that credit card on file including extending the expiration date until we are notified by you or the credit card company that the account is no longer valid. We encourage you to constantly update your payment method information or cancel your membership should you wish to discontinue your monthly purchase of Products.
Your Personal Data: Your security is paramount to us. We use a reputable third party to process all payments ‘Stripe’, and you agree that we can store your information with this party. You also acknowledge that we will not be held responsible for any third-party security breaches.
Shipping/Taxes: Our listed prices do include shipping fees for items over $10 and in some cases tax -depending on the state you live in unless otherwise stated. All orders placed on our website are subject to availability. Products will be shipped according to our Site shipping terms.
Loss of Goods: Though we mainly utilize the United States Postal Service for deliveries, we may at times need to use other delivery companies. Regardless, it is the delivery company who is responsible for the delivery of all goods ordered.
Return / Refund Policy: All sales and subscriptions made on our Site are considered final. If there is a problem or defect with any product delivered by Honoring the Doula we will do our utmost to rectify the problem. Products must be returned unopened, unused, and intact. If the products have been opened/used we will not accept a return or offer any refund, by subscribing you agree to these terms. Please refer to our FAQ page, or you can contact customer service using info@honoringthedoula.com. It would be the customer's responsibility to cancel the subscription.
Correspondence: We send e-mail correspondence and newsletters following orders and registration by members. You can opt out of these at any time.
Order Acceptance/Confirmation: We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order. The Company reserves the right to decline sales to any party.
The Honoring the Doula box includes 3-5 quality, personal, and professional items like career books, client supplies, self-care items and so much more delivered to your door each month. Each membership also includes a booklet and information sheet to serve as your “road map” in using the content of the box!

We ship to the United States, Canada, and Military Bases around the world.
Honoring the Doula ships between the 10th and 15th of each month and it should take just a few days for your package to arrive! If there is a delay, you will be notified at the email address on file.
All orders placed by the 1st of the month receive that month’s box. If you subscribe after the 1st you are subscribing for the following month’s box.
Your card on file will be charged on the 1st of each month. The amount will be the cost of the monthly subscription + shipping in the U.S.
Cancellations before the 1st of the month will not be charged for the following month, and you will not receive your delivery. If you cancel after the 1st of the month, you will be charged for the month, and you will receive the box for that month.
Honoring the Doula purchases are final sales and nonrefundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges of boxes, box items, additional boxes, or gifts purchased. Any returns to us will not be eligible for a refund.
Any missing, damaged, lost, defective, or wrong/incorrect item(s) must be reported within two (1) weeks of your delivery date. Please contact us and our Customer Care team will assist you with filing a claim and/or getting your items replaced.
